Terms of use

Last updated 23 July 2026

These terms cover this website, mentusai.com, including the blog and the waitlist. The Mentus AI app is in private testing; testers receive their own terms, and full terms of service will be published when the app opens to the public.

The website and blog

Our articles are researched and written with care, and every factual claim is sourced. They are general information for parents and teachers, not professional educational, medical or legal advice. Decisions about your child remain yours.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is an expression of interest, not a purchase or a promise of access. We will invite people as capacity allows, Singapore first. It costs nothing to join and you can leave at any time by emailing hello@mentusai.com.

Our content

The writing, design and images on this site belong to Mentus AI unless credited otherwise. You are welcome to quote and link with attribution; please do not republish whole pieces without asking.

Acceptable use

Please do not abuse the site: no attempts to breach security, scrape the waitlist, or submit false or automated signups.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on the content of this website. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Singapore law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product grows; the date above tells you when. Questions: hello@mentusai.com.
